I signed up on the 28 of December for a work from home opportunity and was supposed to have details on how to set up the business sent to me, up till now I did not hear anything from the company. To my surprise I saw a charge of £65.00 on my bank statement with ref ebizpckg. I then checked the internet and got a toll free number to call, when the person picked it up I asked what the charge was for she said I was supposed to set up my website by myself and that they were not supposed to send me anything. I asked her that if the company was not supposed to send me anything then what was I paying for? She said I should have read the terms and conditions. I asked for her name and she said that she is one of the Officers working in the company and she is not allowed to give personal information i. E her name! She assured me that my money will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days. This is definitely a means of stealing by deception.
