I ordered sample online by paying the postage only as advertised on web on 17 Dec. Then I receive the full products instead.NZ $ 201.34 was taken from my credit card. The products brands I received were not even same as what I ordered. Anyhow I used them so didn't dispute it. On 30 Jan NZ $ 93.15 was taken from my credit card again without ordering it. Product not yet received, I rang the number on despatch note 44 (0) 808 168 3684 to cancel my order then was told the number is no longer obtained.
