I applied for a loan through this company I found on the internet. I was approved for a loan for $5,000.00 I had to send in a deposit which totaled $801.00. I was told I would get the money back in 6 months as long as I paid on time. She stated the loan would be deposited in my account that evening. The next day I checked my account and no money. I emailed the person Sabrina Lucas who I was dealing with, since unable to reach by phone. She stated when they checked my credit again score went down a few points and I stated that was impossible. She said they needed more money down and I declined and wanted my money back. She stated it takes 20 days to receive and I stated there was nothing on documents that states that and I demanded to speak to a supervisor. She stated someone will call me back and no one ever did. I have emailed them at least 30 times and made numerous phone calls. They're number was 866-302-7513 ext. 67 or 917-281-1060, of course they numbers don't work anymore. Her email address was sabrinalucas@yatesfinancialadvisory.com. I filed a complaint with BBB and also attorney generals office. They don't even appear on my credit report. Both companies try to contact them but to no avail. As you can tell by the date, this has been going on for almost 2 years. They still have an ad on the internet, still doing business. I have filed complaints through several scam websites also. If anyone knows about this company, any assistance would be helpful.
