I ordered a Capitals Jersey for $139. I got confirmation on the same day. I never received an e-mail so I questioned the order. I got a response back from Elaine who is in China, asking me to pick something else. I did not want any other Jersey. I asked for a refund plus the exchange rate that was added onto the bill. Check out the website, it doesn't tell you where they are located so BEWARE. I think I have lost my money and my son will not get the jersey for his birthday. Sometimes it pays to purchase locally. I have e-mailed their website everyday and I do not get any response.
