It is a texting scam. And billed to your cellular company for a monthly prescription at 9.99 per month "gossipy texts Ent alerts. Supposedly you have to text stop to not be billed. Yet according to complaints online it doesn't matter what you do... You get the bill when you did. It sign up... And no texts. If there was anyone who would want it. Then you have to fit with phone company and Silicon only has a answering machine
