I saw a FREE TRIAL of a face serum and cream advertised, I applied for the FREE TRIAL pack only, they have now deducted 188.80 euro from my visa card without authorisation and I have not received anything except the serum and cream which were supposed to be FREE TRIAL samples. I do not want any more money deducted from my account and have written to them to tell them so.
