Early Jan purchase of WPX5 Oxford Dictionary made online; WPX5 shipped but dictionary download dead (grey) link. 6 inquiries made, little progress made. "Cliff" said that WPX5 could be diagnosed from control board, but download so flawed that program did not show there; no Corel explanation for that.
