I used My ticket tracker.com and one of their "partner" organizations is apparently bankrupt. I tried to get my money back and got the run around all day. I never received the tickets and was refused a refund. They sent me to a bunch of different people and was finally told that I needed to take it up with their legal department.

They take your money and then have you prove that you have the right to get it back.
