Got a phone call saying they were with UPS. They said I was a second place winner and won a car and right under 1000000.00. They also said the government paid my insurance for three years and one year of free gas. All I needed to do is get 200.00 dollars and western union it to a certain place. So, looked up UPS and found out they were not doing that.
