A pop up appeared on my computer before christmas, offering a free trial size of cream, just £2.95 postage and packing. No mention of any other payment was shown. I was therefore furious to see that a payment of £74.95 had been taken from my bank account on the 27th January. This is daylight robbery/fraud and cannot be allowed. How can we stop this company and how do we get our money back. When I spoke to my bank they said this is happening to a lot of people (the clerk had spoken to four people in the last two days about this company) and apparently more payments may be taken. Help! I am absolutely livid!!
