I too attempted to renew my Driver's license on the State of Colorado Dept. Of Revenue web-site and instead received a bill for $34.96 and they have since billed me $10 a month also.
(I was then informed I was not eligible to renew on-line)
They conveinently left off the last 2 digits of the phone number when you receive your confirmation
I have contacted the State of Colorado, Better Business Bureau, and now Scambook to try to resolve this and get my money back!!
