My elderly Mom who is 86 years old was not keeping track of her monthy bank statements when she noticed 59.95 per month from 8/29 to1/24 was taken out monthly. I had to cancel her MC account and reissuue a new one. When I called the PEI Number
they said that she signed up for it which she never did. This is fraud identity theft. I would like to be added to the lawsuit. I think Genie Bras maybe responsible since she ordered one and thats when the money started to be taking out!
