Acapellas4all.com is a website that provides audio tracks to DJs for remixing purposes.

Customers must pay 10 British Pounds to gain "VIP Access" to Acapellas4all's online files. This VIP Access allows the customer access to files that are locked with a password. These requests are made via email. On October 15, Acapellas4all confirmed my VIP membership after I had successfully paid the fee. Up until January, Acapellas4all fulfilled their advertised service and gave me the passwords for files when I requested them.

I made a new request Jan 1, and Jan 11, and received no reply. It has been nearly a month and I have received no answer.

On January 16, I sent an email stating my concern. I received a swift reply informing me to be patient.

On January 26, I sent another email, once again stating my concern (since they had still not replied to my initial email). The replied with the same message, asking me to be patient since they were busy. I threatened legal action if they did not fix my issue, yet they still did not care.

They have failed to provide me with the service I paid money for, and have advertised falsely. They have essentially stolen from me. They have offered no explanation either.
