On 12/28 I ordered a few uniform tops from this website and charged them to my debit card. I ordered other items that day from other websites and received them within a week, even with the holiday. Never got anything, finally its Jan 9 and after an email of asking where my order is, I find out one item is discontinued and they suggested another. I replied fine I will take the replacement and please expedite my order ASAP! I have heard nothing since, have tried to contact them on the website, by the phone number listed which just rings and connects to an answering machine like its someone's home. Unbelievable! I have contacted the BBB but I dont know if I will get my money back and thats all I want at this point. Take it from me, do not order anything! From this site. I should have known from the looks of it, or done some research, but the prices were good. I am deeply saddened and turned off from online shopping by this incident.
