My name is Darrell and I am a single parent one day noticed that money was coming out of my credit account and did not know why. I contacted the bank and froze my account due to fraudulant transactions. Then I started to receive letters from Reading America stating that I have a past due amount of 259.40 and if i paid in full it would be $797.60. I tried to call the company and they told me that I ordered a magazine over the phone and they had me listen to the tape. When we listened to it the voice on the line didn't even sound like me and sounded like someone had a cloth or hand over their mouth giving my information. So when Nicole Nelson got back on the line after listening to the convertion she tried to tell me that i had to have proof that it wasn't me. I asked for management and she said she was the person in the company. I just want this company to get what they deserve and justice. They are now telling me that I will be going to collection and that is unjustice.
