I filled in a resume form and was going to pay the $4.95 but it declined my credit card because it said it was an international charge. I decided that wass sketchy so I didn't give them another one to complete the deal. A charge for $2.95 still came through on my AMEX but luckily the credit card company caught it and declined the charge. Now I have to monitor my credit for further attempts by this company that is obviously a scam. This is the first time this has ever happened to me: (.
