Office Gates YOUR GOING TO JAIL CHarleston

I received a cal about three months ago stating that the person on the other end was with the SHelby Co Sherriffs office and he needed my immediate attention to a matter or I was going to be arrested that day.

He introduced himseld as Sherriff Johnson and said that they a warrant for me which included theft by diception, bad check ant etc. He said that I owed the company $839 and if I did not pay a sherriff would show up at my job an arrest me today. This was for a $200 loan I got six years ago. The people kept taking money from my account that that weren't suppose to, so I closed the account. Six years later, I get this call.

The guy went on to say that I could make payments which included court cost. The balance was $839 with fees applied. He said he was going to transfer me to his supervisor, Mr. Gates to set up arrangements. When the guy got on the phone, he was so rude, telling me, I would go to jail and everyone at my job would know about it when he got done. I told him that being rude was not how to handle the situation, and he got madder. So, I set up an arrangement which they have been taking $100 every 2 weeks from me. I still supposedly owe $200.

Today I tried calling them and the number is now disconnected. I called my local sherriffs office because I had been told I had a warrant on me. They had no record of anything. I feel I have been ripped off $600 from these people. They will not get anymore money from me. If they call, I am going to tell them "SUE ME". They are mean, rude and evil as they come.
