The Italian suits and suede jacket scam is in Kuwait! Two supposedly Italian guys stopped me to ask for airport direction. As a thank you, he offered me some sample jackets left after a business meeting. He's short, stocky, blue-eyed, and speaks softly with lots of praise! I'm filing a complaint with local police today. Hint: Cheap business card made of Kodak sticker paper with lousy design, italian flag, and bad spelling. Of course he gave it to me AFTER he took my money.
