It took numerous attempts to track my order of USBs. I received a partial shipment and after weeks of failed attempts to speak to customer service, I was finally promised the balance of my order on December 7th - of which it would take 10 days plus shipping. That was the last sign of life at usbcustomflashdrive.com. I have left numerous voice mails (for which there is never a LIVE body to speak to - only a recording), sent numerous e-mails and as of this date (1/25) there has been no response to my e-mails or phonemessages. The address listed on their packing list belongs to a Mailboxes, etc. So, I have hit a dead end, no product delivery, no replies. So, MarkL. Your statement above is so far from the truth! This has impacted our business tremendously aside from the feelings of being ripped off! Will report to the BBB as well as legal!
