I requested a sample for the shipping amount of $1.97... The charge never came through... Until today, in the amount of $74.99. I have not received the product, either. Now i am talking with a "Customer Service Rep" that has MAJOR attitude! She is supposed to be issuing a refund back to my Visa card... I will believe it when I see it!
