I was told i would receive a card that could be used at any grocery store and even at a drug store to purchase meds/scripts that was not covered under my insurance. Any questions i have could be answered on the web site for the company. I would also receive $15.00 back and i have one year to use the card. There was mention of coupons that would be sent in the packet that i would receive in 5 to 7 days.
Don't do it. I hope these people are caught. How could the radio and newspapers put out such a bogus ad. But, you know its all about the money. Radio and papers are getting paid a few to run the ads and they are collecting a lot more than that from worthy people.
