The same thing happened to me. I ordered the shoes online on december 14 and I emailed them several time. Finally on January 9 the emailed saying that they finally got the orders from customs and they should be shipped that same week. I've emailed them about four times last week and twice this week I haven't heard from them and its 01/25 over a month from when I ordered the shoes.
