I received my cell bill after returning from a trip to find I was charged for a subscription to Military History Alerts which I now realize is a scam. I called my provider and they said it was something I had subscribed to and that I had to stop the subscription. When I tried to stop it using the short code it came up as no such code. It finally went through after many tries but I have not received confirmation of being unsubscribed. So who knows! There is also a website associated with this scam: http://www.goldpocket.com. NO SUCH WEBSITE! Watch for this scam on on your cell phone bill. Apparently they have a way of charging your cell phone. My provider reversed the charges!
