Charged $19.95 for Two Months After Ordering One Report

I needed one report for finance reasons. Ordered one copy, I have been charged 19.95 past two months from my account, without authorization. Tried calling, was told that I had to go on computer to discontinue. So far during serches, cannot locate. Keep getting run around.
