No Results From my Listing

I don't remember the exact date I signed with this company, however, I have contacted them numerous times with no satisfaction! You will see from their web-site that they claim to market your cemetery plot through dozens of companies who are in the business of reselling cemetery plots, much like time share resale companies. I was told that if anyone had interest in our Plots, that I would receive an e-mail and would be able to follow-up. To date I have had ZERO contacts.

A woman name Tammy, who is no longer with the company, contacted me about my last complaint and told me the company was starting some new way to add to the marketing and to please give them some additional time, it has been more than 6 months. Today I was told that she was no longer with them and that my message would be given to Arthur or Whoever, I said I wanted a refund. She said it was not likely to happen because I signed a 'contract.' They have refused to give me any references or contact information for these 'companies' they market through. I also verified that there are no other 'plots' offered in the cemetery where I have mine here in Charleston, SC (one of the finest by the way). I have my ad listed to sell at 50% discount, negot. And willing to sell separately. Yet no response at all. Something is not right.
