Blocked me for no reason

I tried giving my buddy cash recently Via european marriage within the quantity of $4300. They named me for an appointment by which I responded the concerns appropriately, she is my bestfriend and that Iam assisting her together with her expenses. On the site it plainly says any quantity, any special occasion. I tried delivering a lesser amount of of $400 nowadays personally aswell, the woman created a telephone call and explained they don't deliver it till i provide them anything. What am I designed to provide them??? Evidently my title is plugged within their program, I Will never utilize european nation again.
