Birthday gift ring

Aound sept 5 my son in law bought me a birth stone ring, had it sized for 17.00, wore it for 3 hrs, band was very thin, well it bent, took it back, lady wanted a receipt, i didnt have one one because it was a gift, i gave her my son in laws name he has an account there, i told them i didnt want the ring because the band was to thin, the lady told me i could come in & they would size it again, i told them i already paid 17.00 to resize it, im not coming back every couple of days to have this done, they didnt want the ring back because i didnt have a receipt, i did give them my son in laws name clinton fine, to tell them he does have an account there, that wasnt good enough, i left the ring at the store, my son in law went back to the store, they said they dont know any thing about it,, they have the ring, & they took the money out of his account,, i will never step foot in that store again, & ive told a lot of my friends not to go there
