Cheating member of reward points by inactivating account without concent

I am a college student who has been spending considerable time taking surveys from Opinion Square. For some time, Opinion Square sent me surveys. For the past 2 months Opinion Square stopped sending me any surveys. I wrote to them on several occasions and asked them about this issue. Each time, Opinion Square responded by stating that I have allowed their surveys to be sent to Spam. This is untrue because I have notified Yahoo that mail from this website are genuine.

My account was inactivated. I could not even check my points. I have to ask them to activate my account. They did but I still could not log in. This has happened for some time. Today, I received a stunning reply. My account has been inactivated and that my 15000 reward points have been cancelled. I have a 0 balance according to them. I am extremely upset with this barbaric company. I need th redeem the points to purchase health products. The whole world should boycott this company. Can you help me to get my account activated??? Please respond to me asap. Thanks.
