I have the same complaint as others - GenieBra order, which I did online through Global Shop Direct. The product arrived after six weeks, but it is not a good product and has no support, and the lift pads promised in the TV ads were not there. I replied to the order address (Ana at brastorecare@gmail.com) have had no response from her, but a customer care email arrived eventually which did not respond to my query and just gave me the tracking number for the original package. Global Store Direct denies all knowledge. I'm annoyed. For this small amount it's not a huge issue, but obviously many others have been taken the same way.
