I responded to an advert on facebook for the trial offer to pay p&p only for £7.95 and received the product. On the 17/1 they took a further £99.95 using the same debit card which was an unauthorised payment. I have tried to call their advertised telephone number to find the number is unobtainable. There is no where to send an email to request my money back. I have lodged this complaint with the fraud dept at my bank
