Unauthorized charged showed up on bank account. Called the number on my statement and then was told the wrong number was posted to the account. The number you need to call is 866-955-9132. Called and waited for 31 1/2 min. Finally got a rep and was told they would cancel the account. I had to explain again I wanted a refund and a confirmation code. I finally got a confirmation and he said 7-10 business days is when the refund would show back on my card.
