I ordered their free samples, with just postage charges. I was then charged approx a total of £140.00 on my credit card which I did not authorise. I have tried to contact them by phone and email, neither of which where successful. I immediately cancelled my credit card to stop any further transactions. I have just recieved a letter from my credit card company who where investigating this problem for me, and they say that "merchants terms and conditions often state that a subscription will be automatically set up unless you cancel with them before the trial period ends, and that you will be charged the full amount for the trial products"
But there is no way of contacting them, because they have put a false telephone number, and email address in their details
