Dear Sir/Madam,

On Sun. 22nd Jan. 2012 I went into the Five Star Electronic Store located at 918 Utica Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11203 to inquire of VGA splitter for my computer where I met with a store clerk by the name of Ricardo who encouraged me to purchase a lap top computer because it comes with a VGA outlet. He showed me a Acer lap top computer and quoted me a price of $499.00. I also asked him about a telephone. He took out a Panasonic twin phone which includes an answering service and said to me he would take good care of me he would give it to me at a great price. He also mentioned that I would need the VGA cable to link my TV. He then gave me an credit application to fill-out while he bagged the items he offered me.
A while after, Ricardo answered his phone and told me that my application was approved. He wrote a bill of sales and pushed down in one of the bags and I left the store huriedly thinking about the distance I had to drive in the cold and icy condition (51miles to Oakdale).
When I reached home and pulled the bill of sales I realized that I was taken. None of the items on the bill had prices there just a total figure= $814.00. I immediately called him at the store for an explanation and received answers which made no sense. Today I went to Best BuyElectrnics and P.C. Richards and saw the same items for about half the prices I was charged at Five Star Electronics. So, I called to speak with a manager who hang the phone up on me. I decide to return all merchandise tomorrow. I would need your assistance desperately now before things get worse, that's reason for this early complain.
