After cancelling my internet service back in Oct. 2011 and never getting charged for service since (which only makes sence) I just today had a unauthorized payment taken directly out of my checking account. I can not contact them because they are out of bussiness and their phone numbers are out of service. I just want my money back and hope to hell the dont do this again. I have to go to my bank (in Wisconsin) to dispute the charges and I know live in Alaska which makes that alittle hard. Anyone who knows how to help please let us know.
