I ordered a pair of ugg boots from a company called www.winterboots-sale.org and the item has not shipped. They have not answered any of my emails to them and of course my debit card was charged. Fashion Pay.com acted as a Paypal type of third party but of course they have a out of the country phone number listed and their website is in Chinese. Help I've been scammed!
