I saw the advertisement for a smaple of the serum valued at £2.95, this was ordered and paid for on 12/12, the product arrived very quickly, within days in fact, great service I thought. I paid for the item by mastercard, no mention was made of further payments being taken from my card.
I have just received my monthly statement to find a furhter payment of £74.95 has been taken from my account. I am furious!!!
I have no idea how to get my money back, please help!!!
