In November I ordered a free trial offer of some cream online.
I agreed the initial payment for delivery charges and at no time did I sign up for recurrent deliveries or any payments. I have found now that UK£ 45.52 was charged to my credit card in December and a further UK£45.52 had now been charged on my January statement.
I have been advised by my bank to try and contact the company before they do anything but all efforts have been unsuccessful to date. I am absolutely horrified that this sort of thing goes on and would be grateful for any help you can give me in putting a stop to it.
