This Company is a Scam

I bought a car through North Pointe Motors which is financially owned by Magnum Finance. Then my mom died and I had a heart attack. So I did get a month behind but a foundation helped me out and paid 4 months in advance for me. Magnum cashed the check but never applied it to my account.instead they took me to court and sued me and refinanced the car without my signature! This is a 1998 Subaru Legacy. I left the car lot that day owing a 11 thousand for it. They, instead of refinancing from the balance of 3 grand, refinanced it from the total amount so I ended up owing 22 thousand for this old of a car. The judge lets them do this to people. At first, the judge asked them why are they suing me since I'm ahead and they said "oh we do this once a year to everyone" and the judge agreed. So now they get my income tax the rest of my life! This company needs to be investigated and shut down, but nothing is ever done about it.
