Such unethical businesses! I am still within my 'trial' window yet was charged for this useless product today. After repeatedly demanding to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to Monica who refused to refund me the money. I read her her company's Ts & Cs and explained how this was a scam, and that I am entitled to a full refund for a product that a) didn't arrive on time and b) didn't work based on the six days I've had to try it... Not the 14 they state in their very fine print.
