CSPAS.ca, CSPAS.org is a scam for practittioners. Do not get DVD's or agree to pay

Joe Goldberg and his online org CSPAS.ca offers referrals to mental health practitioners, via telemarketing, if they purchase educational materials through CSPAS on Parental Aienation, which is a 2009 conference, not even the current one. It is 9 DVD set that takes much time to watch. The price range for the DVD's is from $239-$150. You can also purchase and online course, that includes the DVD's, and is approved in some areas for 239 and is offered by PERS. However, you must pay for eithe before you are to "supposedly" receive referrals. However, through my own research, none of the clients that agreed to this arrangement received any referrals. The few that did were clear to communicate that they never turned into clients. Mr. Goldberg provides "Directors" with a script to let practitioners know that once they pay for the materials or the course, they will receive the client info. We, the "Directors" or telemarketers, are actually directed, per the script, to tell the practitioner that the prospective client is a man, or a woman, depending upon their sex in order to gain sympathy.

In addition, "Directors"are scripted to tell practitioners that the client is waiting and once they submit the brief form, send in their CV and, most importantly, pay the fee, they will be connected with the client. This does not occur. Plus, there is no CSPAS org It is just Joe Goldberg, who is supposedly in the US right now, but maintains the Canadian address and phone numbers. The only person that you can contact is either the "Director" or Joe. There are no other contact points. Do not engage in business with him. THE FTC and Phonebusters has been notified and a file has been open. He is a fraud. You will receive nothing in return.
