I received a trial pot of moisturising cream, (order paperwork dated 7th January), I phoned to cancel further orders and to return the product on 21st January which was within the 14 date trial period to discover that £74.95 had been debited from my card on 6th January. I tried to get a full refund but was offered just 50%. I asked to speak to the manager but was consistently refused. I am incandescent about my treatment, and feel as though I have been thoroughly scammed and stone walled, treated badly. What recourse do I have? I need to warn others about this company. Loud and clear! They certainly have unfair trading practices.
