I signed up for the free trial of biosamatic paying just the postage. I was ill after that so didnt cancle within the 14 days. 2 weeks after i ordered the free trial they took £69.95 out of my account on the 29th dec, then they took another £69.95 out on the 17th jan. I havnt even received any more of the product. The free sample had no paper work with it so i have no phone number to contact them. I have blocked any more payments going out from my bank but would really like to get my £139 back. If anyone can help i would be very grateful.
