Not Impressed

I'm not impressed with the product and I'm having the problem I think these companies count on - that is, being forgetful - or not remembering at the right time of day - to call and cancel. But that's my problem. I thought I remembered the auto-signup factor. I just double checked their site about the free sample and it is very clear in the paragraph there that you are signing up for a monthly shipment unless you cancel. It absolutely says this in a very visible paragraph. The last sentence says "I am aware that by ordering"...[paraphrased here]that I am signing up for such a program. So I'm confused about all the comments that indicate unauthorized charges. Not defending the company but I recommend that people read everything more carefully when they sign up for a "free sample."
