Paying Bill Late

This happen 2012 Jan 21. I paid my bill on the 18th online. Called them and told them paid my bill so when can i get a delivery they told me 3 to 5 days. I said well we are down in my tanks 12%, i am willing to pay 120.00 for emegency delivery. She told to wait unti tomorrow to see if they put me on the delivery sheet, call in the morning so i did. Come to find out they are not delivering today and my tanks say 9% and they don't delivery on Sunday, WOW thanks. My 5 children and i are in the cold, it's 33 outside with ice on the ground. I see their client don't come first. Just because you can't pay your bills on time should not mean we have to be in the cold. So beware of this company. They don't care.
