Operations charged me $1 per mile to come home. 120ml instead of the PCml 36.6ml that they say it is

When I started work for Big G Express I did sign a form agreeing that it was 36.6 miles from the Russellville TN terminal to my home zip code according to the old out dated huosehold movers guide or PC miler as some people refer to it. I have always drove my truck home becuase it is actualy 60 miles to my home, but usually under a dispatched load, but not always sometimes I bobtailed home from places of delivery up to 30 miles from my home. On Jan. 15 2012 dispatch was finally sending me in the direction of home after I was supposed to be home on the 13th. I told dispatch after they asked me if I was going to deliver the load "no" because I had not been home in over 2 weeks and was supposed to be home on the 13th. They told I could drop the load at Russellville terminal. I told them that I did not have transportation to my home and that I had spilled a 52 oz. Soda all over my truck and needed to clean it up during my 34hr break. I also said that I could probably grab an empty trailer and go home and they could load me out of Eastman Chemical plant or Home Shopping Network warehouse on the 17th. This being because I also signed a contract with them stating that I was responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the interior of my assigned unit (truck) or I would be charged for clean-up if they had to do it. The response I recieved was "Well honey bless your heart" so I assumed that it was okay to take unit 1410 home to perform clean-up. On the 17th they told me that they were going to charge me $1 per mile for the trip home. They base their miles at 36.6 miles to my home and it is actualy 60 miles. They say if we live 50 miles or less from a terminal that we have to drive our personal vehicle. So for so reason they saw fit to go against their own calcuations and charge me $120 instead of the legal amount of $73. This is against the law and it is theivery. This is the worst thing that happened to me not to mention all the other lies and ripoffs. If you would like to learn more please call me at 423) 341-6135 I do have so much more to tell.
