Charged Twice After Husband Tried to Get Credit Report

Was try to get a credit report on myself. My husband was helping and he found this and got the run around. He thought he got out before it finished and now I have been charged 2 times for nothing. How do you stop this. Second charge Jan. 17th 2012.
