Sylicon investments group (noted as 1 866 938 7577) billed my cell phone account $9.99. I don't recall ever seeing or responding to a text. My provider was glad to reverse and block future charges, but could tell me nothing of how or why is hit in the first place other than it may have been thru text or internet access. Filed a claim with FTC.
