I was getting a print out of transactions on my checking account because i very seldom use checks. I was updated by my bank since 2007 up until 1-18-12,14$ was being deducted from my checking account every month for the past 5 years. I not recieved any updated information saying that 14$ was being taken out of my account. Also I have never used the services in anyway for the membership that offers me nothing. I was not aware of this deduction or that I was obligated to continue with a service that only takes money. There is no way I would have let this company take money for something I was not using. I want my money refunded
