I sent for the 'free' sample of their product, which I received, have not even opened and offered to send this back. They replied to my e-mail saying my account had been cancelled and no money would be taken from my account. I have received my statement today and they have since taken £73 out of my account! I have taken this further to ensure no further payments are taken from my account and I am credited in full. I cannot believe this product is still being advertised! I cannot afford to pay £73 a month and I am worried sick about this. Please help me!!
