I was looking online to possibly get a short-term loan. After putting in my information but before submitting I exited out. Apparently, my information went through anyway and a couple of days later a total of. 05 cents came out and went back into my account. Within a week $30.00 had come out of my bank account. I have repeatedly contacted the 866-210-1236. The first time I was told that I would receive a refund by December 30. January 2 I contacted them again and was told that my refund would be back in my account by January 10th. January 11th I was told that they were not sure when it would be in my account. Today, January 18, nobody answers the phone and it goes dead. It is a shame when someone can steal from you and you have no recourse.
